A handy 2-mile (35 mins) circular dog walk on tidy grassland that keeps dogs reasonably clean in all weathers.

This walk starts at a small, and impeccably maintained, memorial to Canadian soldiers from WW1 and then follows a forest path where dogs are able to run off lead.
If you're a canal fan, then this walk is full of interest and dogs will love it too. It's a towpath walk alongside a stretch of the Aisnes canal and just fabulous!
If you're looking for peace and quiet and a complete getaway from the motorway network then this might be the answer.
The Aire de Repose that appear every 20km or so - and always have WCs and usually picnic tables - are a real bonus of the French motorway system.
A really good family and dogstop less than 2 miles from the M40. Jem got a lovely welcome here, and we all enjoyed the walk.
