One mile south of the centre of Whaley Bridge on the west bank of the River Goyt, near Taxal. Off the A5004 Long Hill Road.
Mixed breed 2-year old. Alert and athletic male. Enjoys meeting and greeting all animals. Big but friendly. Enjoys sunbathing, paddling, and eating sausages.

Beach-side refreshments. Roughly six outside tables at the rear of the café where dogs are welcome. Water bowls provided. There are also dog treats on the counter when owners place an order.

Sett Valley Trail / Pennine Way, 3.8 mile walk. Parts of this walk are steep, both upwards and down. In addition, the well trodden path has areas of shifting shingle with some deep gullies.
