Ladybelt country park, not far from the A11, Norfolk
This is a great spot with free parking not far from the A11, the main circular route takes around 45mins, dogs are required to stay on the lead between March and September due to birds nesting.

This is a lovely dog friendly beach with roadside parking nearby, aspects of the beach are not dog friendly but these are clearly marked up.
We've been here twice now with Hank after visiting friends in Northampton, we love it as there are ships to pop in, quite a few are dog friendly, some are not though so do check the signage on display...
The Car park is right next to the park and children's playarea, there is a fairly big loop you can do either starting at the carpark and heading down the lane or alternatively you can cross the road...
There are a few pull in spots along the edge of the woods, these are your typical countryside off road parking areas, there is a parking area right on the pin of the woods.
Old Buckenham is a small country park which has an on site eatery, the food place has a rotating menu which has certain specials on when they are open, in addition to this they have cakes and coffee.

The pingo trail is an 8 mile total loop, which is based on an nature reserve, this passes through lots of wetland so the ground can be marshy after periods of rain.
We recently visited Urban Jungle, this is a wonderful dog friendly garden centre with exotic plants but most importantly a great spot to grab a coffee with your furry friend.
Lynford Arboretum is a dog walkers haven, featuring free parking and many different routes, including a coffee stand which had water bowls and dog treats.
A small route around some water on the right side of the road, if you cross the road there is a woodland path, the woodland walk is a dead end with a bench at the end.
Lynford stag has a free car park and has plenty of thetford forest to wander through, there are a variety of picknick benches on site near the carpark.
