Hi we stopped at this walk today sadly the access has been cut off to the car park . We parked in the A1 truck stop and used their facilities very friendly
We then walked with the truck stop behind us along the road and turn right through the bollards, head for the far right hand corner of the field this takes you through to the gravel and tarmac paths of the old RAF witham base, very interesting to see, now a butterfly sanctuary. It was very wet and muddy at first so wear walking shoes or wellingtons if wet. Good stop though for both the dogs and humans x
