Wanstead Flats dog walks, Greater London
Description
Wanstead Flats is the southern end of Epping Forest and pawfect for dog walks. Ancient grazing rights meant that cattle munched their way across the grass until 1996 when fears of mad cow disease relocated them. Very popular with local dogwalkers, but look out for horse riders and joggers.
