Description
Dog-friendly pub and a lovely country dog walk in the village celebrated as the birthplace of Sir Walter Raleigh. He was actually born in a rather grand farmhouse a mile or two up the road (privately owned), but the village is pretty enough in its own right and the public WCs a triumph of cleanliness.
