Green 28 PointsTandle Hills is a great place to take your dog for off-lead walks. No traffic, no roads, lots of walks through the woodlands or in the grassy areas. Play area for the children, lots of birds and different types of trees. Wonderful views from the monument, you can see all around to Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cheshire. Well worth a short drive off the A627(M).

Rolling hills, woodland and a good bacon toastie!
Very good walking with several routes, some a little busy but plenty of space for everyone. Visited in August 2021, café with outdoor tables has reopened and the toilets are in use. Easy free parking at the entrance.
