Super dog walk and a dog-friendly inn with B&B rooms nearby, Norfolk
PremiumDescription
A gentle dog walk in woodland on well signed paths, and a historic chapel ruin to admire too. Just a little down the road is the happy and dog-friendly inn with B&B rooms. It's an interesting building from the 1800s and feels comfortable. It's halfway between Dereham and Pakenham.

Interesting church and chapel ruins, Millennium woods
A short dog walk, rather muddy in January, but reached an enclosed woodland area, which would have been safe for a well behaved dog to be let off the lead.
Church with medieval bench ends and unspoilt rood screens.
Chapel ruins (English Heritage, no charge).
We did not try the pub.
