GPS coords for parking: 50.7036, -3.0659 There's a promenade running along the beach which makes for easy access. At low tide there is sand on the beach. There is P&D parking on the Esplanade and off Harbour Road.
Walk
Some restrictions: Dogs are NOT allowed 'from the boundary of the Parish of Seaton in the east, to the end of the sea wall at Castle Hill in the west (including the walkway immediately adjacent to the beach).'
