A quiet, sandy/muddy beach with lots of rockpools. No parking on the Sandy Haven side, but better access from Herbrandston. The bridge/stepping stones over the stream are only passable for 2 hours either side of low-water, so take care or you have a 4 mile walk back to the other side! Strong currents so no human/dog swimming here.
