A gentle easy-access stroll along a former railway line and through woodland. The rail line was built to transport salt from Cheshire to the Potteries. It's less than 3 miles from M6 Junction 17

Great off lead walk but I was there during Easter Holidays and lots of families on bikes which some dogs might not like

Great walk, easy path & off-lead. Yards from the walk end is The Wilbraham Arms. Dog friendly (marked area in bar) and classic pub food (see photos).
