Walk
Turn left from the Royal Inn and head down to walk over the absolutely stunning 14th century bridge across the Tamar. Stay on the lane after the bridge, pass a turn to the right for Bridge Farm and then just after the corner turn left through a wooden gate onto a signed path. It's exactly a mile to the next village of Luckett, and this is a there-and-back route so simply turn around when you're ready. There's a high chance of sheep in the fields close to Luckett, before that it seemed to be livestock-free and Jem was happily off-lead.

Off the beaten track!
Visited to walk the dog on a journey from North Cornwall to Plymouth. The pub and walk are only a few miles from the main road but those miles are through very narrow and twisting country lanes. This makes the journey much slower than I thought it would be!
However the walk was absolutely as described, easy to find and very enjoyable.
