Richmond Royal Park local dog walks, Surrey
Description
Largest of the Royal Parks with over a thousand acres of land. Unfortunately there are roads cutting through the park, and so if you've got a dog that likes to run wild and free this is probably not your best option. And there are the deer - great from a distance, don't let your dog get close in Spring.
Details
Several car parks, cafes and WCs inside the park.
Walk
Loads of different path options.

Beautiful but busy park
Richmond park is amazing, I go here several times per week. It can get really busy during weekends though which I find makes it more difficult to train my puppy when lots of dogs are off the lead.
There are several roads running through the parks although you can avoid them if you look at maps of where to go. Also be careful with the deer, there are lots of them and obviously you should keep your dog on the lead when nearby.
There are also several ponds where your dog can go for a swim.
