One of the most exhilarating places to walk in the Cairngorms and ideal for a super-long trek or just a short stroll to breathe in the invigorating air. The estate is managed by the National Trust and the shorter walks are well signed.

Toilets are available in the Linn of Dee P&D car park during the summer season. Free entry. NTS members park free.
Walk
The two short walks posted by the National Trust are the signed as the Glen Lui (1.5 miles) and the Linn of Dee Trail (half-a-mile). Be prepared to have the pooch on lead because of deer and other wildlife, especially at dusk. There are red squirrels and you may be lucky and spot one.
