I'd call this a 'modern coaching inn' as it ticks all the boxes for dogs and motorists on the move.  Whatever time of the day you can get refreshments - be it breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or an evening meal. And there's a board in the car park with routes for two walks. Inside is warm and welcoming, and dog-friendly of course.
