This is a large expanse of parkland, over 70 acres, and clearly a favourite with local dogwalkers from the Barnsley area. There are signed paths within the park, but there's no chance of getting lost here.   I was really impressed that the tiny cafe has blankets to wrap around dog-walkers sitting on the outdoor terrace on cooler days.
