Clean and well-kept dog-friendly village inn within easy reach of the M45, the M1 and the A5 but you'd never know how close these major roads are.   It's strange to think that travellers will have been stopping at this little village for centuries on the old Watling Street. Celebrities of the day must have sat in here, I wonder who they were.
