Hastings Country Park dog walks, East Sussex
Description
Large country park that spreads from the Old Town across to Fairlight. Lovely views from Beachy Head to Dungeness and as far afield as Folkestone and the coast of France, and a very peaceful atmosphere. A beautiful spot to walk the dog and there are lots of different paths and routes.
Details
Several car parks at the edges of the park, including disabled parking. You can download a leaflet here to get a map and plan of parking. Height restrictions at Fairlight Road picnic site car park, and this one has the WCs
Walk
The park is large, with over 850 acres to explore. You'll see clear paths and a map near the car park will get you started. This is a park to visit regularly if you live nearby and watch the seasons bringing changes to the natural world. Some areas are fenced off so that the ponies and grazing cattle can work on maintaining the land.
