Glen Doll dog walk in the Cairgorms, Scotland
Description
Fabulous walking here, with routes of different lengths and difficulty to suit most walkers. If you're lucky enough to be staying nearby, there's probably no reason to go anywhere else.

Walk
The car park is the start of several forest trails, as well as longer footpath walks. More details available at the information hut. The Doll Walk is an easy 3 mile circular, with a mix of forest and riverside.
Jock's Road is named after Jack Winter, whose challenge to a landowner about access to the path led to this route becoming Scotland's first right of way. It's a longer path between Braemar and Clova - and you'll need a map, compass and proper kit to attempt it!
