Garwick dog-friendly beach, Isle of Man
Description
Shingle beach, ideal for dogs who get sore paws from the sand. No dog restrictions, and a lovely walk through woodland to reach the beach. No facilities, so this is better for walkies than a day on the beach -or to enjoy a swim as part of a longer walk in the area. Off the A2, north of Douglas. Very limited parking. An electric tram will take you from Douglas to Baldrine, and it's an easy walk to the beach from there. Does anyone know if the trams charge for dogs?
