I live on this beach, and it is a great place for dog walking. You can also take dogs into Miro's cafe at the foot of Bath Street, the Espy pub next door to that, and into Forresters Pub on Portobello High Street - a great pub with lovely grub. If you want to treat your dog keep walking west from Bath Street along the seafront and you will find a coffee stall that does liver cake for dogs.

Secure and dog friendly beach
No roads around the beach and free car park nearby. My dog loves going there as is always full of dogs to play around and lots of friendly pubs/cafes to relax.
