Walk
This walk is magnificent, but it only works if you park up on your way from the A352. So, to get to the parking spot, turn off the Wareham Road at a crossroads signed for the Sailors Arms and East Chaldon. Drive up the lane to the top of the hill, and then park - there's plenty of space. WALK With your back to the main road (where you've just come from) turn right onto the very obvious trackway. This will take you for literally miles in a straight line with outstanding views on a clear day. After 2 miles you'll reach the Hardy Way long distance path, after crossing a couple of lanes along the way. Sheep are likely in one or two fields but for the most part it's livestock-lite.
