We quite often stop here on the way to Kirkby Lonsdale and fill our lungs up with fine Yorkshire air, and enjoy the feel of a very traditional and unspoiled village. The canal walk is great for dogs and there are a couple of cafes on the walk for coffee and cake on the go.
