Description
Country inn with good food and also dog-friendly B&B rooms. It's just under 4 miles from the A1 and a welcome bolt-hole if you want to escape the traffic for a while. You can walk from the pub door, but the better walk starts from a Forestry car park a few miles away and you can then head for the pub for refreshments.
