Country Park dog walk near Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
PremiumDescription
Good walking in this historic park. Look out for the interesting colliery remains near the car park. Horses also use the park, so avoid the bridle paths if your dog is scared of large beasties!

A fantastic and sometimes forgotten park
A fantastic and sometimes forgotten park within Nottinghamshire. Lots of ancient trees and open spaces too with great views. Plenty of space to roam whether your furry friend prefers the well trodden paths or exploring the undergrowth. Lots of routes to choose from and a wonderful dog friendly café (open on Saturdays) at the Winding House (Bestwood Village end of the Park) for the most reasonably priced tea, coffee and cakes you'll ever enjoy - plus our puppers are welcome to free treats!
