One of our favourite beaches
Penbryn is one of our favourite beaches. There is ample parking, with toilets and the Plwmp Tart cafe. It is s short-ish walk down to the beach. it is a tarmacked road so wouldn't recommend flights-flops.
The beach is lovely and even when busy it is easy enough to find a space. Dogs are allowed on all of the beach from 1st Oct.
In summer they are restricted to the left hand side, which means crossing the stream that runs into the sea. There is no bridge so bring wellies or be prepared to have wet feet.
Our dog loves this beach. Plenty of space to chase her ball.
NB There are no dog bins so you are expected to take it with you!
Also the cafe closes fairly early around 4pm most of the year and isn't always open mid-week out of season.
