Walk
Four signed trails, and also access onto a much longer route. Very popular with local dog walkers. There's also a cycle trail - avoid this!

Really lovely walk through the woodland, which if you choose can end up at the top of Scolty Hill. I would recommend heading for the top where you can see the tower and enjoy the incredible views.

Great Local Walks
Basically the woodland walks here are up and around Scolty Hill. sitting less than a mile from Banchory. Enjoyed by dog walkers, cyclists and walkers without dogs, you can walk for 30 minutes or 3 hours and if you want you can climb and see the Burnett Monument at the top of Scolty Hill itself. There is decent parking, well signposted routes. But it can be busy, its very popular. Nov 2018
