Remote, stile-free walking in a relatively little visited corner of the Snowdonia national park. Ideal for dogs, as there don't seem to be any sheep around and mountain bikers don't seem to have found this trail (yet).

Walked the easy trail around the lake edge (couple of stiles). Fantastic location, beautiful scenery.
If going on a sunny bank holiday weekend, get here early as small, limited parking area and can be popular with locals in the know.
Has toilets and lots of nice spots for a picnic.
