Description
Popular woodland with some great views over the city and the River Exe. If you're a fan of Jane Austen, this the area where the Dashwoods were 'exiled' in Sense and Sensibility.

GPS coords for car park: 50.7529, -3.5340 It is not signed from the main road, so look out for a turning and Forestry board if you're heading west.
Walk
There are a couple of marked trails in the woods, both less than a mile. Paths are good for longer wanders as well though.
