Details
Dog-friendly B&B rooms. Free parking on one side of the street in the bays if you're lucky. Otherwise there's a large P&D car park by the visitor centre. Public WCs also. Dunster Castle is an obvious visitor attraction and the grounds are dog-friendly if your pooch is on-lead. Many shops have bowls of fresh water outside for passing dogs.

Walk
The hotel provides really useful guides to the village and its walks. An easy starting place is to head towards the Gallox packhorse bridge and then head up into the extensive forest. This is a Walkers Welcome village, and there are plenty of paths and surprisingly few sheep to contend with.
