A dog walk on the Downs, Cambridgeshire
PremiumDescription
A lovely walk up and over one of the few hills in the Cambridge area. The walk gives stunning views over Cambridge and the surrounding area. Rare chalk downland flowers in spring, Skylarks in summer and sloes to pick for home-made sloe gin in winter.

Updated info, 12/04/24
Listed as free car parking with toilets - but there is now a pay and display charge of £3.00, and no loos. However it is still a wonderful place to stop and walk. Plenty of fenced space for off lead romps, and walking through the lead areas (ground nesting birds) the fields and fields of cowslips were stunning! Would definitely visit again.
