Description
The dog-friendly inn has been a welcome stop for weary travellers for centuries and sits on an old Packhorse route. On many walks nearby you can still see old Packhorse 'signs' as well as some very ancient stones and monuments.

Dogs on leads welcome in the bar and outside tables. Unlike many pubs where you run the risk of losing an eye to a snooker cue and sit with your knees under your chin, this inn has plenty of space and proper tables. |
