Nice little place, and if you park by Furzey Gardens, you can take dogs onto the cafe terrace without paying the charge for the gardens. I also bought some really nice, reasonably-priced plants here.

Lovely sandy beach for children and dogs to run and play on, and a lovely clifftop walk to Moelfre, the next village. Small kiosk with a few seats, selling drinks, snacks etc.

This was so good, we stopped on both journeys to and from our holidays. I'm afraid we only walked as far as the cafe, where we sat in glorious sunshine eating a lovely full breakfast made with local produce. The staff were very welcoming to us and Ruby, our greyhound, and there were several water bowls around the outdoor eating area. Several people were having sausages cooked for their dogs! The canal towpath was lovely and peaceful, and only five mins from the motorway.
