If you've not explored much of Essex, this almost secret countryside is well worth a visit. The dog walk here crosses the River Stort, a very unspoiled waterway that rises and ends entirely in Essex.

Very pleasant place to visit and ideal if you live locally and have a members' pass. It's worth spending several hours here to get your money's worth if you just buy a visitor pass.
