Award winning linear park with woodland and open space that's ideal for dogs. Follow the marked trail for a nicely planned circular walk.
Dedicated dog walking area located at the far end of this services stop (eastbound M4). Large open field and woodland area, away from busy area of the services.
There's a circular lakeside walk here, giving 40-50 minutes of comfortable walking well away from the more crowded cafe areas. If time permits, the haunted Hall is worth a look.
A towpath walk along the pretty and well-tended canalside.

This is a dog walk that does exactly what it says on the tin: one path that winds through an avenue of rhododendron bushes, there and back. And the dog-friendly pub is a treat.
Length of walk: 40 minutes for the Purple trail. This ancient forest is managed by the National Trust, and is famous for its butterflies in July and August.
