Beach is still dog friendly. We were there Easter week. The weather was good and it was packed over the Easter weekend. Once weekend over we had miles of beach to ourselves !

Our dogs loved this. Trees and river. They're favourite ! Not too busy when we were there but it was mid week. Careful tho as there are some steep drops. Signs said to keep dogs on leads. Cafe open at carpark for post walk refreshments.

Head south of Tywyn;south of Neptune Hall. Beautiful beach. No groynes. Dogs allowed. Can walk all way to Aberdyfi for a pint in about an hour and 15.

The whole of the Mawddach trail provides fantastic views ! Just note that this is a hard surface shared use track. It was busy when we were there with very earnest cyclists. We diverted into Abergwynant woods signposted of trail. We'll worth it. And a lovely river at edge for doggy swims.
