We have always had rescue dogs, 9 over the last 30yrs, 3 at a time, getting a younger one as we 'lose' one. We lost our last rescue, Jess, 3 yrs ago and then having moved from Manchester to Shrewsbury so my wife could help our Daughter & partner with childcare, we had a 2yr gap due to the girls ages.
April '22 we then bought our first dog, Finn, who appears in the pics. Although it goes against the grain buying a dog when there are so many needy rescues, we made the decision due to our granddaughters ages, and the sometimes unpredictable nature of resumes due to their previous lives 😔

This beach is a god send for reactive dogs and sight hounds with NO recall 😊 Further along from Formby Beach towards Southport along the Coastal Rd turn left onto Shore Rd.
