Walk & comfort break

Lovely place to stop, still very busy as it was a week day we stopped. Lots of places to walk but very busy with other dog walkers. But we managed to get a quiet walk through the woods.

Lunch break

Just a short drive after walking some of the Badbury Rings. Small quiet village. Very good food and very welcoming staff.

Walk

Very good open space walk, and lovely views. A bit confusing on the entrance as it’s narrow, and not really signed posted. We parked at entrance only to find we could have driven up. Well worth the walk up the road though.

Refreshment Stop

Very lovely outside space with covered seating for when the suns out!! very dog friendly. We only stopped for a drink, so can’t comment on food.

Good walk

Lots of open space so good to stretch legs.

As it’s National Trust for a short stop a bit pricey if you are not a member.
