This is a wonderful place in the North Wessex Downs. The area is beautiful, the pub is very welcoming and the walk is a delight for dogs and people alike.
A large almost totally enclosed area right next to J1 of the M32. At the top of the hill (on the Western side) is a lightly wooded area with good trails. There is plenty of space for dogs to run here!
This is a fine all-weather walk on a hard surface path around the lake, with easy access for buggies and wheelchair users.
With 800 years of history behind it, this riverside pub is as much of an institution as the university. It's a friendly place and dogs and families are made very comfortable and welcome.
A traditional, family and dog-friendly pub near Colnbrook village and 2 minutes from Junction 14 of the M25. Access to a lovely walk from the car park.
