My boy is a Blue Merle Border Collie; and I love travelling with him. I am disabled, and he is also a trained service dog. You will find that a lot of my reviews and listings are written with access in mind, not just for those of us who have more limited mobility, but also great walks for pushchairs and younger children.
The beach is only partly dog friendly - on the Fishguard side of the bay rather than the Goodwick side. If you have limited mobility it's not the best beach to access.
There's a great dog friendly food place (outdoor tables) called The Shack right opposite the dog friendly part of the beach, also with parking. They stock doggie ice cream too.

Nice, but..
It is indeed a lovely beach / walk, but it is very rocky and uneven, which makes for difficulties for the less mobile or wheelchairs (and I would imagine for pushchairs too).
