M20 Junction 11 country park dog walk, Kent
Beautiful park
Early on a Sunday morning this is a lovely park. Info about the park said there were height restrictions but we had a high vehicle and I didn't see any. Car parking is £2.50 all day on a Sunday, cheaper during the week. The café is veggie and reasonably priced. Our dogs ran free and loved disappearing into the woods. We walked round the small lake and the dogs drank water from a stream. There's also a children's play area.
M6 Junction 3 dog walk and dog-friendly heritage pub, West Midlands
Great walk
We arrived here just before dusk. There's a place to park the car shortly before you get to the pub if you are not a customer. The pub has a really nice friendly vibe and all along the tow path were people hanging out by their boats which made me feel safe as it got dark. There weren't any lights though (in my mind this was a good thing). I walked up the RHS of the canal, with the dogs running loose, and the path opened up a bit to a grass area with woodland on the side. The walk itself is also close to the motorway. I would definitely recommend this walk and next time I would like to visit the pub.

Very Quiet
We were only here for half an hour so may have missed a lot. We didn't go in the chateau itself but walked through the village which was very quiet in October on a Monday afternoon. Only one shop open and the public toilet. We let the dogs run and play in the huge open area near the car park for about 15 minutes.
