Smashing walk with dogs and a dog friendly pub with awesome food

Went in February and was a little muddy - but it had been raining for three days so to be expected. What wasn't expected was the incredible welcome we had at the pub at the base of the hill, dog hosepipe, towels, treats, dog beds, apparently in summer there's a doggy pool in the garden.
