A fabulous walk for people and dogs along the River Vienne. In 1947 the small village church here was the scene of a series of miraculous apparitions, in front of hundreds of witnesses.

A forest walk with any number of paths to explore. You'll also find plenty of facilities in the nearby town of Beavoir-sur-Niort, and the 15th century windmill just off the D1 is a delight.
This is a hugely attractive town with Roman ruins, artisan shops, a great choice of restaurants and a doggie perfect riverside walkies all within a few minutes walk of the car park.
