Dogs are welcome in the estate gardens and also the cafe. The castle is a very good family plus dog day out on the isle of Arran.
A dog-friendly inn with a big reputation for good food and service. The pretty black and white timbered houses in the village look ridiculously picturesque!

A dog-friendly inn on the edge of the White Peak. Excellent Yorkshire puddings but sadly no dog walk for Fido.
Hathersage is one of the great outdoor centres in the Peak District. This hotel is a great place to stay with your dog and there are lots of other dog-friendly pubs to enjoy too.
East to reach from the A40 Burford roundabout, and by far the easiest way to escape the tourist traffic of this hugely popular Cotswold town.
A lovely walk with the dog alongside a babbling brook and through a series of atmospheric valleys.
Relaxed and charming dog-friendly cafe on the shores of Strangford Lough
A beach that bears the brunt of the power of the Atlantic, with huge dunes to show how the water continually shapes the land here.
