Completely dog-friendly pebble beach, with particular appeal to surfers and dog owners. It's a great place for fossil hunting too.
Formby Beach is ideal for families, with a large car park, picnic areas and waymarked paths to the beach, dunes and woods. Dog loved it on the beach.
Enormous sandy beach with no dog restrictions. You just can't believe the space and freedom here. These pics were taken in July and the other dog walker was out of range.
Dog friendly shingle beach, when the tide is out rockpools and sand is exposed which is great for walking the dogs.
Roker beach is a beautiful beach! It's a great walk out rain or shine! My ESS loves the beach, she loves running on the sand and jumping through the sea! Great fun for all of the family too.
Award winning Blue Flag beach.
Large sandy beach at low tide, ideal for blowing away the canine cobwebs during the winter months. In summer there's a partial dog ban covering part of the beach and the promenade as well.
Dogs welcome all year round.
A lovely secluded cove, where smugglers used to bring their contraband ashore by night. The village is very quaint - thatched cottages and postcard-ideal scenes galore.
Dog-friendly beach with a view across to Wales. Loads going on here, with the extraordinary natural lagoon used for water sports etc when the tide's out.
A classic British holiday destination of yesteryear and a great place for a dog walk.
