Free parking welcomes you to the Aquadrome. Just across the way is the lovely "Cafe In the Park" but sadly dogs aren't allowed inside.
Long sandy beach
If you and the dog need a break from the A55 / A470 this relaxing woodland with easy to follow paths is ideal.
Large long & flat sandy beach where dogs are allowed & accepted readily all year round. During July and August there's a 'dogs on leads' rule between 0900-1700.
A country park with plenty of nature and history to look out for. The beacon hill is one of the highest points in Leicestershire, and gives a big view on a clear day.
Good dog walking country between Stokenchurch and Lewknor, with a number of woodland paths to vary the route if this becomes a regular walk place. It is hilly, but there are sitting spots.
