Serene forest walking spot, with views over Loch Tummel. Look out for the 8th century hill fort, somehow not smothered by conifers.
Interesting dog walk on the Forth and Clyde canal.
Croome Park (National Trust) is a great place to walk the dog - with fantastic views over the recently restored Croome Court, and some very elegant landscaping in the grounds.
A classic British holiday destination of yesteryear and a great place for a dog walk.
Main beach out of bounds during the summer but at the end near the sand dunes it is very dog friendly all year round
Walk along canal towpath for 5km return by same route
Walk via Roman Antonine Wall to Banknock and back on the canal towpath
A pretty little beach on the Gower and much quieter than many other beaches in summer. There's a walk to get there, and it's worth checking that you'll be arriving when the tide is out.
A perfect amble around historical landmarks. Hurlers three stone circles are set in a wide expanse of open moor. Together with Stowes Hill and Long Tom, this makes a decent dog walk on the flat.
Absolutely gorgeous place for a sunny day stroll along the River Avon. It's the perfect stress-buster if you've been sitting in the car for too long.
A welcoming Dog friendly environment situated five minutes drive from Matlock Bath in the heart of Derbyshire and at the end of High Peak trail walk and near Carsington waters.
