This country park has several marked trails of varying lengths, all nicely marked and easy to follow. The walk can also be reached easily from the M27 Junction 7.
Combination of a safe and tranquil park for dog walkers, and a fabulous museum that is a joy for kids of all ages to visit. The cafe and facilities are squeaky lovely too.
This is a lovely 17th Century coaching inn with open fires either end of the lounge bar in which you can enjoy good home cooked food and a fine selection of ales and beers
Useful stopping point if you're heading north on the A9. The car park is hardly any distance from the main road, yet once you're in the trees it's a different world.
