Public toilets including disabled toilet at the Parrog end, and a dog friendly beach at Parrog. Dogs on leads on the walk, as this is a wildfowl conservation area, and also some of the estuary has deep mud. The pathway is mostly flat, with a couple of negligible inclines, made up to a good standard. Some seating along the pathway.

Walk
Starting from the southern end of the Ironbridge, on the coastal side there is a gateway. This leads immediately onto to the pathway, where there are three benches. Follow to path as far as it goes, and this will emerge at Newport Parrog. Turn right as you leave the pathway and the beach / small number of food or refreshment facilities can be found, along with the other car park and toilets.
