Doggiestop between Oswestry and Welshpool, Wales
Description
Pub, restaurant & hotel. Dogs very welcome and a good real pint and food. Last visited July 2015, and by the DwD team in 2021, still as dog friendly as ever and another nice lunch.
Details
We called here as a half way stop on a trip to Wales and it was a great start to our break. Good food and good real ale, very nice atmosphere. Staff love dogs. Water and a treat available. 2012 update - visited again in November 2012, still probably the most dog-friendly pub we've visited. Beer and food just as good at it was before and staff very welcoming to humans and dogs alike, treats and water bowl provided in the bar - recommended.
